Yannick Alleno has a lot to be pleased with - since earlier this year, he is the only chef to run two three Michelin starred restaurants in France - Pavilion Ledoyen in Paris and Le 1847 - Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. He is also busy opening new places around the globe, the latest one being in South Korea.
